To get the most out of your HYDRA experience, we invite you to set up live tracking. This feature requires the download of the HYDRA Location Live app.
Here's how to do it:
Our tracking feature runs on the Location Live app. Search for HYDRA Location Live on your app store and follow the steps to install the app.
Once the app is installed, open it up and enter your unique PIN.
<aside> 💡 To get your PIN simply go to https://admin.hydra.africa/Me/Devices and click on Connection Info to generate a PIN

It’s important that all permissions are enabled and allowed in order for the app to work.
Please note that battery saving mode might affect the performance of the application. We recommend that you do not turn on battery saving mode on your device while tracking.
